Keivondrick Andre Cutright, black male, 31, arrested on charges of Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office warrant for violation of a protective order, by Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Charles Andrew Hooper, white male, 35, arrested on charges of operating a vehicle under suspension off road vehicle, authorization for use on public roads, no arresting agency was reported. He remains in jail.
