Lakin Hardy, white female, 25, arrested on charges of theft over $5000, fraud in obtaining assistance, by Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office. She remains in jail.
Quantez Barrett, black male, 31, arrested on charges of failure to appear for arraignment, by Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
