Geri Simpson Frizzell, white female, 40, arrested on charges of 2 Jefferson Parish warrants for theft and possession of stolen property, by Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Patrick Lynn Spencer, black male, 53, arrested on charges of driving under suspension due to DWI, DWI-second offense, possession of alcoholic beverages in motor vehicle, careless operation, no insurance, by Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Jermaine Deundre Garner, black male, 31, arrested on charges of general speed law, improper lane usage, DWI-first offense, by Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office. He bonded.
