Kevin Joseph DeSoto, white male, 31, arrested on charges of domestic abuse battery, by Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Schaquielle Darnell Epps, black male, 27, arrested on charges of Zwolle Police Department warrant-domestic abuse battery, by Zwolle Police Department. He remains in jail.
