Courtney Paul Procell, white male, 39, arrested on charges of possession of stolen things (over $17000), simple criminal damage to property over $1000, motor vehicle, alteration or removal of identification numbers, by Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office. He bonded.
Jack Lamkin Wheeler Jr., white male, 40, arrested on charges of 3 warrants for Cameron Parish for failure to appear, by Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
