James Edward Alford, white male, 55, arrested on charges of failure to register as a sex offender, failure to possess sex offender ID, by Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Chris Glenn Hicks, black male, 43, arrested on charges of 3 Zwolle Police Department warrants for failure to pay fines and costs on traffic violation, by Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
