Randy Savoy, white male, no age reported, arrested on charges of invasive visual recording bath/dressing room, by Sabine County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Matson Hyden, white male, 20, arrested on charges of DWI, by Sabine County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
