Blake Rasin, black male, 39, arrested on charges of resisting arrest DWI, no drivers license, by Sabine County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Hewett Edwin, white male, 49, arrested on charges of court commitment, by Sabine County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
