Michael Cook, black male, 37, arrested on charges of assault causing bodily injury, failure to maintain liability insurance, driving while license invalid, failure to maintain liability-2nd offense, by Sabine County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Whitney Hick, black female, 22, arrested on charges of theft of property, by Sabine County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
