Shelby Dustin Munoz, hispanic male, 28, arrested on charges of possession of controlled substance, by Hemphill Police Department. He remains in jail.
Tyra Cruse, white female, 33, arrested on charges of possession of controlled substance, failure to appear for bail jumping-2 counts, use possession ID info, by Hemphill Police Department. She remains in jail.
