Joshua Reid MCGaughey, white male, 25, arrested on charges of theft of property, by Pineland Police Department. He remains in jail.
Robert Kent Fiscus Jr., white male, 41, arrested on charges of DWI, by Texas Department of Public Safety. He remains in jail.
