David Alan Huff, white male, 36, arrested on charges of motion for adjudication of guilt, by Hemphill Police Department. He remains in jail.
Kevin Dale Brown, white male, 56, arrested on charge of bail jumping, failure to appear, by Sabine County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
