Over the past 24 hours, the Sabine County Sheriff’s Office reports 3 arrests. All persons accused of a crime are to be presumed innocent until proven guilty. Any questions about today’s arrest report should be directed to the Sabine County Sheriff’s Office at (409) 787-2266. Arrested were:
Brandon Chase Ellender, white male, no age reported, arrested on charges of hunting with a light, hunting at night, by Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. He remains in jail.
Julie Fallwell, white female, 55, arrested on charges of forgery financial instrument, by Sabine County Sheriff's Office. She remains in jail.
Rayn Fallwell, white male, 35, arrested on charges of assault causes bodily injury, by Sabine County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
