William Dale Stewart, white male, 22, arrested on charges of traffic warrants-two counts, by Hemphill Police Department. He remains in jail.
Tommy Ray Ferrell, white male, 59, arrested on charges of criminal non support, by Sabine County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
