Kirk Stuckey, white male, 46, arrested on charges of retaliation, driving with license invalid, failure to maintain financial responsibility, by Sabine County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Tommie Allen Ringp, white male, 46, arrested on charges of aggravated kidnapping, aggravated robbery, aggravated assault with deadly weapon, unlawful restraint, by Sabine County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
