Stacy Landon Starley, white female, 55, arrested on charges of possession of dangerous drugs-2 counts, by Hemphill Police Department. He remains in jail.
Marvin Brent Mitchell, white male, 25, arrested on charges of public intoxication, by Hemphill Police Department. He remains in jail.
