Richard Moran Wise, white male, 53, arrested on charges of driving while license invalid, by Hemphill Police Department. He remains in jail.
Jonathan Ray Williams, white male, 41, arrested on charges of public intoxication, by Hemphill Police Department. He remains in jail.
James Frederick May, white male, 46, arrested on charges of DWI, by Department pf Public Safety. He remains in jail.
