Reginal Owens, black male, 40, arrested on charges of assault EMS personnel-3 counts, by Sabine Count Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Harold Glenn Davies, white male, 62, arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated, by Texas Department of Public Safety. He remains in jail.
