Nora Lorain Hammack, white female, 42, arrested on charges of no driver's license, by Hemphill Police Department. She remains in jail.
Johnnie Martin Hogan, white male, 60, arrested on charges of evading arrest or detection with vehicle, criminal trespass, DWI-first offense, by Sabine County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
