Randy Jerrell Lynn, white male, 52, arrested on charges of possession of controlled substance, by Sabine County Sheriff's Office.
Billie Jo Chatagnier, white female, 45, arrested on charges of parole violation, by Sabine County Sheriff's Office.
Casey A. Palliam, white male, 38, arrested on charges of possession of controlled substance, by Sabine County Sheriff's Office.
