Matthew Edward Lowe, white male, 31, arrested on charges of engaging in organized criminal activity, theft of property, by Sabine County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Reanna Dell Wolverton, white female, 21, arrested on charges of engaging in organized criminal activity, by Sabine County Sheriff's Office. She remains in jail.
