Marvin Wayne Willey, 26, arrested on charges of motion to revoke community supervision, by Hemphill Police Department. Willey remains in jail.
Cameron Alan Withrow, 27, arrested on charges of driving with license involved with previous conviction/suspension, possession of drug paraphernalia, no insurance, possession of controlled substance, by Sabine County Sheriff's Office. Withrow remains in jail.
