James Wyatt Holmes, white male, 50, arrested on charges of insurance fraud, by Sabine County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Kirk Stuckey, white male, 49, arrested on charges of unauthorized use of vehicle, terroristic threat against public servant, indecent exposure, bail jumping, failure to appear for trespassing, by Sabine County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
