Billy Leger, white male, 38, arrested on charges of bail jumping, failure to appear, by Sabine County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Nora Hammack, white female, 43, arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, by Texas Department of Public Safety. She remains in jail.
