Jasper County Arrest Reports for September 7, 2021

Over the past 24 hours, the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office reports 10 arrests. All persons accused of a crime are to be presumed innocent until proven guilty. Any questions about today’s arrest report should be directed to the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office at (409) 384-5417. Arrested were:

Windie Mae Morrison, white female, arrested on charges of failure to appear, no driver's license, by Jasper County Sheriff's Office. She remains in jail.

Cody Allan Comer, white male, arrested on charges of theft of property-four counts, by Jasper County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.

Johnathan Rashaud Beatty, black male, arrested on charges of parole violation, by Jasper Police Department. He remains in jail.

Cody Allan Comer, white male, arrested on charges of evading arrest detection with vehicle, by Jasper County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.

August Hyatt, white female, arrested on charges of public intoxication, by Jasper County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.

Elvis Champ Parks, black male, arrested on charges of motion to revoke/theft of property, by Jasper County Sheriff's office. He remains in jail.

Byron J. Fontenot, white male, arrested on charges of failure to appear/theft of property, by Jasper County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.

Kyrie Allisanne Reyes, white female, arrested on charges of possession of controlled substance, by Jasper Police Department. She remains in jail.

Colby Westbrook. white male, arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated, by Texas Department of Public Safety. He remains in jail.

Gilbert Dominique Moye, black male, arrested on charges of theft of property, by Jasper Police Department. He remains in jail.

Damien Daiquan Hunt, white male, arrested on charges of parole violation, by Jasper Police Department of Public Safety. He remains in jail.
