Tyler Dain Payne, white male, arrested on charges of assault against elderly people, by Jasper County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Cynthia Diann Jones, white female, arrested on charges of aggravated assault with deadly weapon, parole violation, by OOC. She remains in jail.
