Kenneth Ray Walker, white male, arrested on charges of theft of material, driving with license involved with previous conviction/suspension, by Jasper Police Department. He remains in jail.
Sandra Denise Ward, black female, arrested on charges of driving with license involved with previous conviction/suspension, by Jasper Police Department.
