Kevin Duane Hutto, white male, arrested on charges of assault family/household member impede, terroristic threat of family/household, by Jasper Police Department. He remains in jail.
Hayley Jane Gates, white female, arrested on charges of motion to adjudicate guilt, by OOC. She remains in jail.
