Brian Corday Shoulders, black male, arrested on charges of harassment-two counts, by Kirbyville Police Department. He remains in jail.
Douglas Wilkins, white male, arrested on charges of bond forfeiture, bail jumping, failure to appear, by Kirbyville Police Department. He remains in jail.
Chantell Lowe, white female, arrested on charges of possession of controlled substance, by Jasper Police Department. She remains in jail.
