Michael Joseph Letney, white male, arrested on charges of theft of property, by OOC. He remains in jail.
Willie Leroy Deckard, black male, arrested on charges of theft of property, by OOC. He remains in jail.
Steven Brightwell, white male, arrested on charges of possession of controlled substance, by OOC. He remains in jail.
Brandon Finchum, white male, arrested on charges of assault causes bodily injury family, assault family/household member, by OOC. He remains in jail.
