Jessica Crow, white female, arrested on charges of theft of property, by OOC. She remains in jail.
Zachary Ryan Landin, white male, arrested on charges of speeding-10% or more above posted, driving while license invalid, by Jasper County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
