Roy Earl McGar, white male, arrested on charges of aggravated assault with deadly weapon, by Texas Department of Public Safety. He remains in jail.
Amanda Merimon, white female, arrested on charges of silent abusive call/electronic communication, by Kirbyville Police Department. She remains in jail.
Justus Lake Lummus, white male, arrested on charges of assault family/household member, by Kirbyville Police Department. He remains in jail.
