Dionne Stephens Brasher, white female, arrested on charges of driving while license invalid, expired registration, failure to maintain financial responsibility, by Jasper County Sheriff's Office. She remains in jail.
Lacey J. Ozan, white female, arrested on charges of forgery, prostitution with one/two previous convictions, by Kirbyville Police Department. She remains in jail.
