Donnie Ray Brown, white male, arrested on charges of possession of controlled substance, by Jasper County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Stephanie Carol Watkins, white female, arrested on charges of criminal mischief, by Jasper County Sheriff's Office. She remains in jail.
