Brycton Lewayne Hughey, black male, arrested on charges of intoxication manslaughter with vehicle, by Jasper County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Jaime Salazar, other male, arrested on charges of assault causing bodily injury, by Jasper Police Department. He remains in jail.
Anthony Tyrone Twine, black male, arrested on charges of obstruction or retaliation, criminal trespass, by Jasper Police Department. He remains in jail.
