Cody Loyce West, white female, arrested on charges of bond forfeiture/theft, motion to revoke-theft, motion to revoke probation, by Texas Department of Public Safety. She remains in jail.
Lacey J. Ozan, white female, arrested on charges of re-arrest/forgery government/national, re-arrest/prostitution by Kirbyville Police Department. She remains in jail.
Kelsey Adena Kemp, arrested on charges of possession/deliver drug paraphernalia, expired registration, driving while license invalid, tamper/fabricate physical evidence with intent, possession of controlled substance, by Jasper County Sheriff's Office. She remains in jail.
