Nicholas Joseph Brackin, white male, arrested on charges of credit card or debit card abuse, by Jasper Police Department. He remains in jail.
Mandy Racheal Buchanan, white female, arrested on charges of resist arrest search or transport, driving while intoxicated, by Texas Department of Public Safety. She remains in jail.
Billy Ray Hunter, black male, arrested on charges of burglary of building, by OOC. He remains in jail.
