Felix Monroe Palmer, white male, arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, by Jasper County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Thomas Davis, black male, arrested on charges of possession of controlled substance, by Jasper Police Department. He remains in jail.
Todd Erick Jones, white male, arrested on charges of theft of material aluminum/bronze/copper, failure to identify, by Jasper County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
