Chester Dewayne Fobbs, black male, arrested on charges of order of commitment, by Jasper County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Damon Mitchell Odom, white male, arrested on charges of driving while license invalid, expired registration, failure to maintain financial responsibility, driving while license invalid, possession of controlled substance, unauthorized use of vehicle, by Texas Department of Public Safety. He remains in jail.
Zachary Hebert, white male, arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated, by Texas Department of Public Safety. He remains in jail.
