Martin Hernandez, American Indian, arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated, by Texas Department of Public Safety. He remains in jail.
Bryant Tracy Prewitt, white male, arrested on charges of expired or no license plate, driving while license invalid, burglary of building, expired registration, no driver's license, failure to maintain financial responsibility, by Kirbyville Police Department. He remains in jail.
