Melvin Beard, white male, arrested on charges of order of commitment, by OTH. He remains in jail.
Christopher Clarence Freeman, white male, arrested on charges of expired driver's license-3 counts, failed to maintain financial responsibility, possession of drug paraphernalia, expired registration-2 counts, failed to maintain financial responsibility, possession of controlled substance, by Texas Department of Public Safety. He remains in jail.
James Avery Sylvester, black male, arrested on charges of possession of controlled substance-3 counts, by Jasper Police Department. He remains in jail.
Vernon Jean Myers, black male, arrested on charges of unlawful carrying of weapon, driving while intoxicated, by Texas Parks and Wildlife Services. He remains in jail.
