Tamara D. Perkins, white female, arrested on charges of theft of property, by Jasper County Sheriff's Office. She remains in jail.
Mack Ray Williams, black male, arrested on charges of unauthorized absence community correction, motion to adjudicate guilt, by OOC. He remains in jail.
