Joel Jones, white male, arrested on charges of possession of controlled substance, by Jasper County Sheriff's office. He remains in jail.
Joanna Jean Kilpatrick, white female, arrested on charges of possession of controlled substance, by Jasper County Sheriff's Office. She remains in jail.
