Todd L. Kibodeaux, white male, arrested on charges of possession of controlled substance, by Jasper County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Jeffrey Brian Griffith, white male, arrested on charges of possession of controlled substance-2 counts, possession of marijuana, by Texas Department of Public Safety. He remains in jail.
