Johnathan Scott Smith, white male, 29, arrested on charges of assault family/household member impede breath/circulation, by Jasper County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Travis Allen Colby Watts, white male, 22, arrested on charges of theft of services, by Kirbyville Police Department. He remains in jail.
