Sue Ann Ybarbo, white female, arrested on charges of assault causing bodily injury, by Kirbyville Police Department. She remains in jail.
Manly Fowler Van Pelt, white male, arrested on charges of assault family/household member, by Kirbyville Police Department. He remains in jail.
Amber Renee Simmons, white female, arrested on charges of motion to revoke parole, possession of a controlled substance, by Kirbyville Police Department. She remains in jail.
