Randy Earl Spikes Jr., black male, arrested on charges of accident involving death, by Jasper Police Department. He remains in jail.
Charlene Warr, white female, arrested on charges of no driver license, failure to maintain financial responsibility, disorderly conduct, by OOC. She remains in jail.
Carolyn Lorriane Key, white female, arrested on charges of possession of controlled substance, by OOC. She remains in jail.
Jennifer Lea Huffman, white female, arrested on charges of failure to identify giving false/fictitious information, by Jasper County Sheriff's Office. She remains in jail.
