Geoffrey Len Hogg, white male, arrested on charges of possession of controlled substance, by Jasper County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Jacqueline Renee Foster, black female, arrested on charges of theft of property, by Jasper Police Department. She remains in jail.
Wade Thomas Earl, white male, arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated-2nd offense, by Texas Department of Public Safety. He remains in jail.
