Randall Kelley Ratcliff, white male, arrested on charges of assault causing bodily injury, interfering with emergency call, by Jasper County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Robert Earl Boyett, white male, arrested on charges of assault class c, aggravated assault date/family/household member, by Jasper County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
