Jasper County Arrest Reports for July 15, 2019

Over the past 72 hours, the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office reports 10 arrests. All persons accused of a crime are to be presumed innocent until proven guilty. Any questions about today’s arrest report should be directed to the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office at (409) 384-5417. Arrested were:

David Houser, white male, arrested on charges of burglary of a habitation, by Jasper Police Department. He remains in jail.

Scotty McMurry, white male, arrested on charges of order of commitment, possession of controlled substance, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, by Jasper County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.

Tawanda Jo Singleton, white female, arrested on charges speeding-10% or more above posted, failure to maintain financial responsibility, safety seat system-child passenger, driving while license invalid, food stamps use/alter/transfer, by Kirbyville Police Department. She remains in jail.

Alyssa Leann Spaugh, white female, arrested on charges of bail jumping, failure to appear, by Jasper County Sheriff's Office. She remains in jail.

Juluan Juan Smith, black male, arrested on charges of resisting arrest, search, or transport, by Jasper Police Department. He remains in jail.

Dekotia Dal Westbrook, white male, arrested on charges of failure to maintain financial responsibility, no drivers license when unlicensed-two counts, expired driver's license, by Kirbyville Police Department. He remains in jail.

Sean McElhaney, white male, arrested on charges of public intoxication, by Jasper County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.

Jared Michael Odom, white male, arrested on charges of assault causing bodily injury, by Kirbyville Police Department. He remains in jail.

Billy Ray Hunter, black male, arrested on charges of bond forfeiture, by OOC. He remains in jail.

Crystal Lyn Perkins, white female, arrested on charges of release of surety, aggravated assault, by Jasper County Sheriff's Office. She remains in jail.
